Mission
The mission of New Progressive Missionary Baptist Church is to worship Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. We are a Christ-centered, Biblical instructed; Holy Spirit directed church committed to developing disciples.
Vision
DISCIPLESHIP
Through evangelism we seek to bring all of God’s children into a covenant with Him. We will go out and bring the outs in.

WORSHIP
We will create a New Progressive worship experience with true worship, profound praise and earnest prayer to glorify God through the Holy Spirit.

FELLOWSHIP
Making a difference through fellowship with God, the Holy Spirit, Church, Family, Friends and the community to encourage unity, spiritual growth and Christian relationships.

APPRENTICESHIP
Train and equip believers with knowledge and understanding of God’s word for spiritual development to share with others.

STEWARDSHIP
As God has appointed all Christians to be His stewards, we will passionately support God’s work [Luke 14:23, Matt 25:40] through New Progressive by financially supporting the church through tithes, offering and sacrificial giving. [Malachi 3:8-11 and Luke 16:10-12]
OUR PASTOR - Keith D. Wilson, Sr.

It is with a joyful spirit that Pastor Keith Duane Wilson, Sr., has been preaching God’s Word with an anointing since the age of 15. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Keith was reborn into Christ and baptized at Burnette Baptist Church by Pastor J. Allen Caldwell.
Rev. Keith D. Wilson was licensed & ordained by the Reverend Robert Smith, Jr. and the New Bethel Baptist Church.Rev. Wilson is a product of the Detroit Public School system graduating from Redford High School and furthered his ministry with Divinity classes at New Covenant Bible Institute.
Previously, Rev. Wilson faithfully served at Detroit’s Historical New Bethel Baptist Church for 20 years, under the tutorage of his teacher and friend, Pastor Robert Smith, Jr. At New Bethel, he served in many ministries; he was the Presiding Minister for morning worship, Youth Midweek bible study teacher, Sunday Church Schoolteacher, choir director, and percussionist. Rev. Wilson was the 1st Youth Pastor at New Bethel Baptist Church serving in this capacity for 3 years until being called to Pastor.In 2006, Rev. Keith D. Wilson, Sr., a servant Leader, was sent from the Heart of God to the People of God at Beth Eden Missionary Baptist Church to serve as Pastor for 6 years.
On June 9, 2012 Pastor Keith D. Wilson, Sr., a true Man of God was called to New Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. At NPMBC, Pastor Wilson is Developing Disciples, Strengthening Families and Cultivating Love by leading, teaching, preaching and adoring God’s people. Pastor Keith D. Wilson, Sr. also serves as the Third Vice Moderator of Huron Valley Baptist District Association.
Pastor Wilson is the loving husband to Antoinette and the proud father of two children; daughter, Arielle Rochell and son, Keith, Jr.
